Travelling from the South:

Take the A9 north from Perth to Inverness. Turn off the A9 (north of Aviemore) onto the A95 signpost to Carrbridge, Grantown on Spey, Elgin. Follow Grantown-on-Spey signs and after 5 miles turn right at the sign for Boat of Garten, Nethy Bridge. Follow the road through Boat of Garten out the other side and over the bridge till you come to a T-junction, turn left to Nethy Bridge. Follow road for 4 mile and look out for the 30 mile and hour speed limit signs as you come into Nethy Bridge and immediately turn right into the driveway. (House name ‘An Teallach’ is on the tree at right hand side of track).Keep going to your right and An Teallach is the second house down the track on the left (large white two storey house).  

Travelling from the North:

Take the A9 south from Inverness towards Perth. Turn off left at the A938 signpost to Carrbridge. At the Carrbridge Hotel bear right with the road and continue through the village, past Landmark on the right and on for several miles until you reach a 'T' junction with the A95. Turn left signposted to Grantown-on-Spey; after approx 1 mile turn right at the sign for Boat of Garten, Nethy Bridge. Follow the road through Boat of Garten out the other side and over the bridge till you come to a T-junction, turn left to Nethy Bridge. Follow road for 4 mile and look out for the 30 mile and hour speed limit signs as you come into Nethy Bridge and immediately turn right into the driveway. Travelling from East:

 Follow the A96 either north or south to Keith. From Keith turn off onto the A95 for 4.5 miles and turn left still following the A95 through Maggieknockater on to Craigellachie. After coming through Craigellachie turn left still following on the A95 through Aberlour and keep following signs for Grantown on Spey for 21 miles.  Turn off towards Coylumbridge before Grantown on Spey roundabout. Travel 4.3 miles into Nethy Bridge over the river and pass the local Spar store(on left). Keep going straight till you come to a sign to Loch Garden / Tulloch (left)or Boat of Garten/ Coylumbridge (right) keep right. Keep going until the road veers to the left  you will see the national speed limit sign and the drive/track to An Teallach is just before it on the left hand side (House name ‘An Teallach’ is on the tree at right hand side of track). Keep going to your right and An Teallach is the second house down the track on the left (large white two storey house).
